LAW OF ATTRACTION MADE SIMPLE

The type of thoughts we choose to allow to remain in our minds can make us or break us.  Examples of thoughts that limit a person's ability to enjoy life while contributing to chronic depression and anxiety are:
 1.  I must be right
 2.  I must please everyone.
 3.  Life for me will never be happy again.

Examples of life giving beliefs that counter the above self defeating thoughts are:
1.  My perspective may not be right or life giving. I need the important viewpoint of others.
2.  Even though people may not understand the decision I am making, I will make the difficult choice.
3.  I can focus on the marvelous gift of life.

Cultivate positive thoughts and attitudes, and bring hope and peace to the deep limbic system of the brain.  ATTRACT JOY!
